I love using songs as a framework for life and the season’s of life.

Stop and find a quiet place to sit, for some of you this will be a challenge but do your best and have a notebook handy.

Take 30 minutes to write down your biggest challenges in life today, thinking about your happiness relating to life around you, that includes, family, relationships, your job, your co-workers. Are YOU happy? And are you happy with all the circumstances of your life?

Now consider having a million dollars in your hands. Will any of the struggles on your list go away simply because you have money? I suspect a few will but I highly doubt all your troubles will disappear with money. I even suspect a few new challenges will crop up when people find out you have a million dollars.

Ignorance is bliss sounds like a possible road to take in life but to me it sounds about as ridiculous as thinking a million dollars will bring you happiness.

Change, especially the inner kind that allows us to make lasting changes regarding health, wealth, family, spirituality…has everything to do with purpose and nothing to do with ignorance.

Basking in a joyful life requires us to participate in creativity, education, and interest to live a life full of moments worth visiting if even only in our minds. Who wants to drive down a perpetual road of ignorance when we can create legacy worthy moments now, today and long after our journey comes to a beautiful close.
