I want to be clear that this is a community of strength, love, respect, honesty, humility in which we do real soul searching work under supportive guidelines that keep the conversations on-track to be non-judgmental, non-political...
We focus on the power of peer-to-peer support and the accumulated knowledge that all members bring to the table. We focus on "we can" "have you considered" and "how about" thoughts to encourage and support one another. If you are accountable, curious, honest, humble- you are an ideal person to contribute and benefit from this community (how to be truthful enough but not too brutal to scare off those looking/considering whether YPYP is for them) I also would like to expand on creativity to explain that this is where we will likely spend time sharing our struggles of eldercare, marriage, sex, single or widow life, family/children, career.
With great support and creativity you will turn those challenges into perseverance, triumph, action, vision, legacy and joy.

At YPYP we bring into play the highly effective methodologies that support leaders and innvators in a myriad of industries. I thoroughly enjoyed, and benefitted from, my monthly Mastermind while in the corporate world and I miss it every day, so having a new space where I can problem solve, and help others do the same, is one of my key intentions for this community.
